ПУТЕВОЙ ЛИСТ В ЦИФРОВОЙ МОДЕЛИ ЭФФЕКТИВНОГО АВТОТРАНСПОРТНОГО ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ
Аннотация
Практический интерес представляет изучение и оценка возможностей использования данного документа в контексте цифровой трансформации АТП. Одной из функций путевого листа является обеспечение при перевозке безопасности дорожного движения, т.к. документально фиксируется, что автомобиль находится в технически исправном состоянии, а водитель прошел медицинский осмотр. Кроме того, на основании путевого листа контролируется соблюдение водителем режима труда и отдыха. Путевой лист является документом, подтверждающим обоснованность затрат автотранспортного предприятия. Проведенным исследованием цифровой системы управления автотранспортным предприятием выявлены ошибочные или недобросовестные действия сотрудников в бизнес-процессах обработки путевых листов. Приведена концептуальная схема Transportation Management System, предусматривающая использование программ оптимизации маршрутов, результатов спутникового мониторинга автомобилей, формирование дневных задание и подготовку отчетов о работе. На этой основе предлагается проводить совершенствование бизнес-процессов для повышения эффективности транспортной деятельности.
Цель: исследование роли путевых листов и процессов их обработки цифровой системой управления в повышении эффективности деятельности автотранспортного предприятия.
Методы исследования: интеллектуальный анализ бизнес-процессов (Process Mining), связанных с ведением и обработкой путевых листов.
Результаты: собираемая статистика позволяет проводить совершенствование бизнес-процессов автотранспортного предприятия для повышения эффективности его деятельности.
Область применения результатов: предприятия любых форм собственности и отраслей экономики, эксплуатирующие автомобильные транспортные средства.
